MY IDEAL DIET
My ideal diet for childrens is:

My ideal breakfast is a glass of milk with two toasts with butter and jam,and a glass of orange juice.Is the food more important of day!

At two o´clock,I lunch a serving salad,one filet of meat,one serving of bread,one glass of apple juice and one yogurth.

At six o´clock eat a glass of milk and a sandwich of ham.

At nine o´clock, I dinner one serving of pasta,one serving of bread,three serving of salad and one banana.

Colour of the food:
Purple-meat ,blue-milk,orange-grain,green-vegetables,red-fruit.

The medical advise eat :

-5 grain group serving every day.In this case 3 serving of bread , 2 toast ,1 serving of pasta.
-4 vegetables group serving every day.In this case 4 serving of salad.
-3 fruit group serving every day.In this case 2 glass of juice and one banana.
-3 milk group serving evry day.In this case 2 glass of milk and one yogurth.
-2 meat group serving every day. In this case 1 filet of meat and one sandwich of ham.
